  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it has been dispatched.

b. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery (UK Mainland): 1–2 business days
  • International Orders: Delivery time varies based on location and courier availability

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

c. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and courier choice.
  • Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (if advertised on our site).

d. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) to monitor the delivery status of your order.

e. Delivery Issues

2. Returns Policy

b. Non-Returnable Items

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no extra cost.

4. Refund Policy

a. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method (PayPal, debit/credit card, or WooCommerce Payments).

b. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return results from our error.
  • If you received free shipping, the shipping value may be deducted from your refund amount in certain cases.

c. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

5. Exchanges

  • After dispatch: You must follow the return process above once the item is received.
